A professional exterior check of doors, windows, garages, gates, fencing, and other access points for damage, forced entry, vandalism, or security concerns. Each visit includes photo documentation and a detailed Property Security Report.
Includes everything in Level 1 plus authorized interior access, interior security observations, and Occupancy Verification. This more comprehensive service helps identify signs of unauthorized entry or occupancy before an unnoticed problem has an opportunity to become a costly liability for the property owner.
When a property is found damaged or unsecured, ILS can provide temporary board-ups and other securing measures to help protect compromised doors, windows, and openings. Emergency response is also available for unexpected property security concerns.
